The use of this Website is governed by the following conditions (referred to hereinafter as the “Conditions”). BJI reserves the right to amend these Conditions periodically. The amended Conditions shall take effect from the date on which they are published on line on the Website. Please read these Conditions carefully before using this Website. Therefore, users who continue to consult the Website shall be deemed to have accepted these Conditions in their entirety.

BJI has opened this Website for the personal information of users. The user may download on a computer or print a copy of the pages of the Website for his / her personal use only and for private, non-commercial purposes. Unless otherwise specified, all graphic and textual elements featuring on the Website such as trademarks and photographs, including represented models, texts, video clips and animations, are protected by copyright legislation, trademark law and the provisions of international treaties throughout the world. These elements may not be amended or used in any way whatsoever notably by being reproduced, represented to the public, marketed or incorporated in a derivative work for public or commercial purposes. These prices may vary between multi-brand retailers who distribute the BJI brand. They may also change over time and may be amended without notice. BJI undertakes to keep its prices up to date but shall not be held responsible in the event of errors or inaccuracies as these prices are non-contractual.
With regard to the jewellery presented on the www.bjijewelry.com website, the prices stated refer to a ring size of 52 (medium) and may therefore vary for smaller or larger sizes.
Users requiring further information can contact the BJI Customer Relations Department either by using the “Contact” form or the “Speak to an advisor” function available on the Website.

In order to place an order through BJI's official online channels, you have reached the legal age of majority (usually 17 or 18 years old) in your jurisdiction and are a person with full capacity for civil conduct.
For the sake of transaction security, we do not accept orders placed via email. Before confirming your order, it is your responsibility to check that the information displayed in your shopping bag accurately reflects your needs and choices.
Online purchasing method: You can click on the official BJI online channel to select the product you wish to purchase, add it to your shopping bag, and follow the prompts to make the payment. Online purchase restrictions: 1) For each order, only one product with the same number can be purchased, up to a maximum of three; 2) Each order has a different product number, and a maximum of 6 can be purchased.
After submitting the order, it will be sent to BJI for processing. To ensure that you are informed of the order status in a timely manner and provide assistance, we will use SMS to notify you of the order number and relevant information about the order status.
Time of Contract Establishment: 1) For cash on delivery orders, the contract shall come into effect upon BJI's verification of the order via SMS or other applicable written means and successful shipment; 2) For orders that require full online payment, the contract is established and becomes effective upon completion and acceptance of the payment.
You know and understand that orders in the Internet environment are instantaneous and concurrent, and we may not be able to update the product inventory in a timely manner. Therefore, please note that even after you successfully submit the order and the contract takes effect, for some special needs (such as products imported from overseas), your related orders may be delayed in shipment (usually the shipping time is 7 days, but in special circumstances, the shipping time may be extended to 6 months). You agree to waive any breach of contract or liability for delayed delivery, or to negotiate alternative solutions with us.
Orders submitted by specific users (including but not limited to enterprise users, users for resale purposes, or users who place duplicate orders/multiple orders/exceed normal needs, or users who use various network technology methods for fraud or engage in other illegal activities) will be cancelled and deemed invalid.
When you submit an order, please carefully confirm the name, price, quantity, model, specifications, size, contact address, phone number, recipient and other information of the purchased product. For orders with full online payment, you have the right to modify any of the above information before you complete the payment.
We can refuse to accept or cancel the order you have submitted until the order is successfully paid.
Once the order is completed and submitted, users will not be able to modify or cancel the order by themselves. If the user needs to modify or cancel the order, they need to call the customer service center at+86 18682221915. Please note that if the user purchases personalized customized products, the order cannot be modified or cancelled after submission.
The product images provided by our official online channels are only for illustration and display purposes, and may not necessarily be photos of the actual products you will receive. Although we have tried our best to accurately display the product, we cannot guarantee that the display on your device accurately reflects the product (including color, texture, transparency, etc.). Your purchase of the product may differ slightly from these images. BJI disclaims any liability for any inaccuracies in the photos or images of products displayed online. BJI reserves the right to cancel your order without any liability or compensation in the following circumstances:; If you have already made the payment, we will refund the relevant payment to you through the original payment method:
1) BJI believes that you have violated the general terms and conditions, laws and regulations, or engaged in fraudulent and other acts that violate the principles of fairness and good faith, including but not limited to the intervention of public authorities or direct contact between victims and BJI;
2) BJI believes that the quantity of products you have ordered exceeds normal consumer demand, including but not limited to: orders for more than three (3) items of the same numbered product, or orders for a maximum of six (6) items per order;
3) BJI and you have reached a consensus to cancel, including but not limited to any situation of mutual agreement (BJI may call you in special circumstances);
4) If the delivery address or information you provided is incomplete or clearly incorrect (provided that you have provided the correct contact information, we will actively try to contact you to complete or correct the delivery address and information or cancel the order. If we are unable to contact you, we have the right to cancel the order first)
5) For the sake of online transaction security, if the actual payer of your order is not yourself;
6) If you call the BJI customer service center to request cancellation of the order before shipment and obtain BJI's consent (please note that if the order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but if it meets the online return or exchange conditions (if applicable), you can follow the return or exchange process);
7) Other situations where BJI may cancel orders as stipulated in these General Terms and Conditions, as well as situations where cancellation of orders is permitted by laws and regulations

In order to process the order placed through the Website, you must select the product you wish to buy and click the “Add to Shopping Bag” button. The selected products will then be included in the “Shopping Bag” and the order can be placed by filling out the order form and affirmatively accepting these General Terms and Conditions of Sale. Prior to submitting the order, you are required to verify the accuracy of the information provided and make the necessary corrections. The Order is submitted when you click the “Place Order” button. After placing an order, within twenty-four (24) hours, you will receive an automatic e-mail confirmation from us acknowledging that we have received your order. Please note that clicking the “Place Order” button does not mean that your order has been accepted and purchase completed. Your order constitutes an offer to us to buy a product which may not be accepted. Upon receipt, the order will be submitted to BJI for processing and may not be changed or cancelled by you except as expressly provided in these Terms and Conditions or as required by applicable law. All orders are subject to acceptance by us, and we will confirm such acceptance to you by sending you a second e-mail that confirms that the product has been dispatched and which contains the relevant tracking number (the “Order Confirmation”). The Order Confirmation will also list each product being dispatched and the final price (inclusive of taxes, shipping and handling charges). The contract between us will only be formed when we send you the Order Confirmation. The Contract will relate only to those products whose dispatch we have confirmed in the Order Confirmation. BJI also reserves the right to require verbal confirmation of orders. If we request verbal confirmation of an order, you will be required to give confirmation of the order by phone and email confirmation will not be sufficient. BJI files for its own records evidence of all transactions between BJI and its customers. Download and file for your own records these Terms and Conditions and the Order Confirmation. In the event of a dispute between BJI and one of its customers relating to a transaction conducted on the Website, you agree that the data recorded by BJI shall be treated as evidence of the details of the transaction.

During the ordering procedure, BJI will inform you of the standard time required for delivery and the various forms of delivery available for the goods purchased. You will be asked to select the shipping method as a part of the ordering procedure. Delivery costs depend on the value of the order and the delivery service chosen. BJI reserves the right to divide the order into partial shipments. In this case, your credit or debit card will only be charged for a single shipment.Orders placed by 12:00PM EST Monday through Friday are typically shipped same day. Orders received after 12:00PM EST Monday through Friday are typically shipped the following business day. Orders are delivered Monday through Saturday, where Saturday delivery service is available. Sunday and holiday delivery is not available. While BJI cannot guarantee a delivery time, it provides the following general shipping guidelines:Standard (UPS Ground)The order will generally be delivered within four to seven (4 to 7) business days from the shipment date.Express (UPS 2nd Day Air)The order will generally be delivered within two to three (2 to 3) business days from the shipment date.Priority (UPS Next Day Air)The order will generally be delivered within one to two (1 to 2) business day from the shipment date.BJI shall not be held liable for any delay in shipping. Upon delivery, a signature confirmation by a person of 21+ years is required for all www.bjijewelry.com orders above $500. You acknowledge that any person taking delivery of the products at the designated address shall be deemed to have done so with your authorization.

If the delivery fails or the goods are not delivered within ten (10) calendar days from the date of shipment, you should report to BJI Customer Service Center as soon as possible. In order for your request to be accepted, please notify us within fifteen (15) calendar days from the effective date of your contract. Once you confirm receipt of the ordered product, you should check the product confirmation. If the product you receive does not match the original order, or if you are not satisfied, you should immediately call BJI Customer Service Center at+(86) 18682221915, and you can request a return according to the return policy. You can also choose to initiate an exchange request for products that meet the exchange requirements through some BJI official online channels. For specific online channels and exchange rules that apply to the exchange policy, please click on the exchange notice or refer to the order information page for notification.
If the user needs to change the shipping address after shipment, they should contact BJI Customer Service Center to modify the shipping address. If the address is modified directly without contacting BJI customer service center, BJI will not be responsible for any damage or loss of the corresponding goods caused by this.

BJI cannot guarantee that the content of the Website will be adapted to every country in the world or will be available for use in every country. Users must guarantee compliance with the regulations applying in their country with the understanding that access to the Website content may be considered illegal for certain individuals or in certain countries.
If BJI refrains from pointing out a violation of one of the provisions of the Conditions, this does not imply that it will refrain from pointing out the violation of another provision of said Conditions.
